Girl suspected of stealing jewelry from LaSalle home

NIAGARA FALLS—A teen visiting a LaSalle-area home is suspected of having stolen about $400 worth of jewelry, police said Saturday. The girl was reportedly let into the 78th Street home by another visitor Saturday evening, while the resident was away, police said.

A burglar took $11,200 worth of jewelry and tools from an East Petersburg home and the homeowner’s shed, police reported today.The burglary occurred sometime between Saturday and Tuesday in the 2400 block of Franklin Drive, Manheim Township police said.
